SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide same-day shipping for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST on weekdays (Monday - Friday)--your package will ship within 24 hours of placing an order. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We provide shipping to anywhere in the world.

  • For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we ship worldwide through DHL Priority Shipping for a flat rate of USD$20.
  • Delivery times will vary between each country, but you should allow for 4-7 working days for your package to reach you.
  • All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your local authorities if you are unsure what these charges may be.

 

All shipping times above are based on products that have completed our Q.C process and are ready for shipping following any custom or made-to-order requirements.

 

*The Covid-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes all over the globe. As a result, all shipments may be subject to unavoidable delays and our carriers may not be able to provide the standard service of delivery you were used to before.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return and/or exchange. Please contact us at info@Alleone.com

We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days after you receive the product. We only provide refunds for items that are in saleable condition, which means they must be unused, unwashed, and in clean condition with the original tag. The refund may take 3-4 business days to process before appearing in your account.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your delivery with another item, there will be a $10 exchange fee (plus one way shipping), unless 1) the item is defective or 2) the reason for the exchange occurred after following our instruction and guidance. If you are a first-time customer, your exchange fee will be waived. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. AL LEONE is not responsible for missing or damaged packages or those that have been lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Made-to-Order, Backorder, and Custom Items

When purchasing a made-to-order, backorder, or custom item, you acknowledge, as stated in the item's product description, that there will be a pre-shipping manufacturing process associated with this item. This time period is typically 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, a custom item, made-to-order item, or backorder item is made tailored to your exact specifications as stated in the product description and is non-refundable.
