Daiki Yonekura

Daiki Yonekura is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt from Tokushima, Japan. He began training at the age of 17 and quickly developed a competitive style focused on aggressive guard passing and modern leg-lock systems.

Daiki received his black belt from Yuki Nakai in 2021. Since then, he has established himself as one of the most successful Japanese competitors in both gi and no-gi divisions, winning major national and international tournaments.

Based in Tokyo, Daiki trains at IGLOO and Reversal Gym Tokyo and teaches at several academies across the city. In addition to competing internationally, he regularly conducts guard pass and leg lock seminars in Japan and Korea. He has also represented AL Leone in professional team competitions such as AIGA.
